岗位职责：
1.Demand seeking, exploring and visiting new & potential customers to create business opportunities;
在指定的地区，化工、制药、钢铁、肥料和环保等市场，负责渠道和客户的开发、管理及项目讯息的收集
2.Register all inquiry and quote information. Analyze technically and economically the customers inquiries and requirements. Makes interface with other GT entities for technical support.
登记所有的询价和报价信息; 和GT的其他部门配合，对客户的询价和需求，进行技术和商务的分析;。
3.Negotiate contracts according to his level of authorization and existing procedures;
根据授权权限和公司的既有流程，负责和客户进行合同谈判
4.Handling orders from delivery to payment follow-up;
协调客户订单发货事宜，并跟踪货款支付情况；
5.Meet overpass the sales objectives.
达成销售目标
6.Collect updated market and competitor information/database;
掌握市场信息，及时更新和了解竞争对手的动态
7.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
完成上级领导安排的其他工作
岗位要求：
1.College education or above; 大专学历或以上；
2.At least 3+ years working experience in chemical processes industries with mechanical or science & engineering background;三年以上工作经验，机械或理工专业背景，化工工程与工艺、过程装备、制药精细化工等相关专业尤佳；
3.Work in chemical/pharmaceutical related companies or engineering design institute with chemical process designing and development experience is preferred, especially familiar with process system, such as evaporation and crystallization.在化工、制药等相关行业公司或工程设计院，有从事过化工工艺设计与开发工作经验者，特别是熟悉蒸发结晶等工艺系统者优先考虑。
4.Adaptable to frequent travel, rich experience in direct sales with strong negotiation and persuasive skill,;
能适应出差，有丰富的直销工作经验，谈判沟通能力佳；
5.Resourceful, flexible, proactive and eager to learn;
机智、灵活、积极主动、学习能力强；
6.Positive working attitude and can work under pressure independently;
乐观向上，能独立开展工作、抗压能力强；
7. Basic English reading/writing, strong PC skills; 具有基本的英语读写能力和较强的计算机操作技能；
