Position: Technical Service Engineer (Field and on-line)
岗位：技术服务工程师

Work Scope 工作范围:
1. Make customer satisfaction 使客户满意
2. Make customer equipment running with high reliability保障客户设备稳定运行
3. Solve Emergency Service Call and抢修设备紧急故障
4. Hardware maintenance schedule Plan 准备设备维护保养计划
5. Deliver Hardware maintenance field service, software installation and support, Spare parts sales
执行现场硬件维护，软件安装和支持，零备件销售工作
6. Commissioning 从参与设备调试到独立调试设备
7. Equipment Installation 从参与设备安装工作到独立带领安装队安装设备
8. Presales Support: Configuration, Specification and technical data, Bidding document
售前支持：能够配置设备，熟悉产品规格和技术数据，撰写投标文件技术部分。
9. Technical Document Translation. 技术文件翻译
10. Product Launch technical Document 产品发布技术文档撰写
11. Keep good Communication with HQ support team including weekly meetings with HQ technical center.
与总部技术同事有良好沟通， 按时参加总部技术部周会
12. Provide relative report on time 及时提交工作报告
13. Provide technical support to dealer 向经销商提供技术支持
14. Other tasks assigned 其他公司指派的工作
