工作职责：

1、Responsible for wireharness components(Fakra、ethernet&USB wire) development and localization work.

2、DV/PV plan schedule management and overdue problem escalation.

DV/PV测试计划管理和延误管理

3、Responsible for test items and test sites.

负责测试内容和明细

4、Maintain LC tracking list table and report the status regularly

维护国产化清单并定期汇报状态

5、Responsible for technical clarification with foreign development teams

负责跟国外开发团队进行技术澄清

6、Other assistance matters assigned by superiors.

上级领导交办的其他协助事项

7、Communicate and coordinate with technical departments and suppliers on technical problems and solutions

与技术部门、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调

8、Organize the testing related meeting, summarize the meeting results and follow up

主持召开测试相关会议，汇总会议结果并跟踪整改情况

9、Regular Project status summary and reporting or escalation to management team

定期项目状态汇总并向上层管理团队汇报进度

任职资格：

1、 Excellent Team coordination skill on collaboration with DRE teams.

具备优秀的与零部件团队合作的协调能力。

2、 Excellent communication skill in English, German is plus.

具备优秀的英语沟通能力,有德语更好。

3、 Professional with wireharness components development and localization.

具有线束零部件开发和国产化专业知识

4、Good communication and coordination skill.

5、Can work under high pressure.

6、3 years or more relevant experience of Wireharness or similar.

3年或以上线束相关的经验

7、 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.

电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士

8、Fluent in English, written and spoken

良好的英语听说读写能力
