1． 车间耗材的管理及采购需求
Production needs of consumables registration and management, procurement requirements application, etc
2． 熟悉机械加工/编程，了解刀具，能单独调试CNC设备，能独立设计夹具，辅助编制加工工艺文件；
Familiar with CNC machining/programming, understanding of cutting tools, able to independently debug CNC equipment, able to independently design fixtures, assist in the preparation of machining process documents;
3. 熟悉铝型材的机加工工艺，了解加工设备，能独立开发新的加工设备，评估产能及效率；
Familiar with aluminum profile machining process, understand processing equipment, can independently develop new processing equipment, evaluate productivity and efficiency
4 .原材料和半成品的统计及管理;
Statistics and management of raw materials and semi-finished products;
5 .协助车间原材料和半成品的包装设计与管理;
Assist in the packaging design and management of raw materials and semi-finished products in workshop;
6 ,不良品统计,与采购，仓库对接退货等事宜；
Statistics of defective products, assist purchasing and warehouse to deal with returned materials；
7. 本部门的相关日常工作，如考勤，报餐等
Related daily work of the department, such as attendance, meal, etc；
岗位要求Job Requirement:
1. 大专或以上学历，工业工程/机械等相关专业，具备电梯行业职称优先考虑；
2. 需具有3年以上制造业相关从业经验，有电梯相关产品知识和生产技术经验更佳
3. 能识别加工图纸，熟练操作办公软件；
4. 具有品质意识，较强的自我学习能力，动手能力强；
5. 领导安排的其他任务.
