岗位描述Job Description:
1. 负责加工的半成品铝型材表面毛刺和划伤打磨
Responsible for the surface burr and scratch grinding of semi-finished aluminum profiles；
2. 负责打磨完成的铝型材按物料标识及要求包装保护装箱
Responsible for packing protective boxes of polished aluminum profiles according to material identification and requirements；
3. 负责喷涂不良品的返工型材表面重新打磨；
Responsible for re-polishing the surface of reworked profiles with defective products.
4. 负责打磨区域的5S管理，保证工作区域的干净整洁
Responsible for the 5S management of the sanding area, to ensure that the work area is clean and tidy
5. 要精心维护保养设备、工装、量具，使其保持良好；
To carefully maintain the maintenance of equipment, tooling, measuring tools, to keep them in good condition
6. 明确任务，坚守岗位，保证按时完成生产任务，对打磨质量负责；
Clear tasks, stick to the post, ensure the completion of production tasks on time, and be responsible for polishing quality;
7. 领导安排的其他工作；

岗位要求Job Requirement:
1. 有铝型材或者钣金打磨的经验1年以上；
2. 能熟练使用打磨工具及设备；
3. 服从领导安排的其他任务;
