职位描述
1. Join customer visit with sales to understand customer’s technical requirement and propose solution. 与销售人员一起参加客户访问,了解客户的技术要求并提出解决方案
2. Interpret technical information to sourcing when receive RFQ from customer. 当收到客户的RFQ时,将技术信息解释为来源
3. To Support communication with supplier and customer for technical discussion. 支持与供应商和客户进行技术交流
4. Conduct regular meetings with sales team and track project progress. 与销售团队定期举行会议,跟踪项目进展
5. Be responsible for review customer drawing & Spec, provide support during sample process. 负责审查客户图纸和规范,并在样品过程中提供支持
6. Review & approve sample report from supplier on system. 审核和批准供应商关于系统的样品报告
7. Prepare and submit documentary report for new sample as customer requirement till full complete. 根据客户要求,准备并提交新样品的文件报告,直到完全完成
8. To act as technical resource to others during the business development. 在业务发展过程中为他人提供技术资源
9. Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for identifying / managing technical risks throughout the project. 拥有开发生命周期,并负责识别/管理整个项目的技术风险
10. Continuously learn the latest technology in the industry to achieve customer satisfaction. 不断学习行业最新技术,实现客户满意
11. Work closely with Quality Team and proactively interact with customers to provide quality & technical solutions and to address customer complaints. 与质量团队密切合作,积极与客户互动,提供质量和技术解决方案,解决客户投诉
12. Provide support to customer complain in case of technical/application issue. 在出现技术/应用问题时,为客户投诉提供支持
13. To establish good relationship with customers and provide professional assistance on product application. 与客户建立良好的关系,并在产品应用方面提供主页协助
