岗位职责/Responsibilities:
整合信息为国内业务目标做支持,包括:/Responsible for integrated communication to support the business
objectives of China. This includes:
1、在业务部门及整个组织内制定和实施内部沟通策略和计划/Develop and implement internal communications strategies and plans
in the business sector and across One organization.
2、通过活动建立和加强公司文化,并将公司的理念和宗旨贯穿其中/Build and enhance company culture through activities to embed Our
Credo and company Purpose.
3、通过有效的渠道为内部用户提供适当的信息/Champion
and develop appropriate messaging for internal audiences through effective
channels.
4、创建相关且有影响力的计划来支持领导层的沟通/Create relevant and impactful initiatives to support the leadership
communications.
5、开发内部沟通工具和指导方针,以在整个业务中使用/Develop tools and guidelines for internal communication initiatives
to be used across the business.
6、设计并执行相关的内部沟通活动,包括市政厅、年度会议和其他员工参与活动,从内容开发到活动管理/Design and execute relevant internal communications activities
including townhalls, annual meetings and other employee engagement events, from
content development to event management.
7、管理并持续加强内部各种沟通渠道以提高有效性/Manage and continuously enhance the various internal communications
channels to drive effectiveness.
任职要求/Requirements:
1、文科、商科或相关专业本科(英语、媒体、传播或新闻专业优先),硕士优先/ Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business or related discipline
(English study, Media, communication or journalism preferred); Master’s Degree
a plus.
2、熟练使用Office办公软件,具备其他计算机技能如视频编辑、平面设计等更佳/Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Other computer skills are
seen as an addition i.e. video editing, graphic design etc.
3、具有3年以上大型公司内部沟通管理经验者优先/Proven performer with at least 6 years of experience managing
internal communication in large scale companies is preferred.
4、具备多文化、跨国公司的工作经验/Experience
in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.
5、具备组织沟通(必要)、活动策划(必要)和内容开发等一系列沟通职能的经验,具备优秀的中英文书写能力/Experience across a range of communication functions, i.e.,
organizational communication (required), event planning (required) and content
development. Excellent written skills in English/Chinese.
6、具备较强的新媒体技术工作知识,并有在内部公关活动中应用的经验/Strong working knowledge of new media technologies with track
record of use in internal PR activities.
7、具备与管理机构及顾问合作的经验,以及预算管理经验/Experience working with and managing agencies and consultants, and
managing budgets.
8、具备较强的项目管理能力,能够在紧迫的期限内完成项目/Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight
deadlines.
9、具备良好的人际沟通技巧,了解内部利益相关者管理,有良好的合作经验/Strong inter-person communication skills with a good understanding
of internal stakeholder management. Proven track record of collaboration.
10、具备与商业领袖有良好的合作技巧/Strong
partnering skills with business leaders.
