Key targets:
- Successful selection and implementation of technical solutions
for Air Springs and Rubber Molded Parts to meet the customer requirements.
- Coordination of technical topics with company internal
functions (Sales, R&D, Plant, Quality, PRM) for smooth progress of
ongoing projects and activities.
- Support the segment in achieving short/long term business
objectives through technical expertise and project management skills.
Main tasks:
- Understand and clarify customer specifications and
requirements.
- Define best available technical solutions to meet the customer
needs.
- Technical interface between Customer Engineering team and
internal functions (Product Management, Product Development, Quality),
under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Understand customer needs, expectations, and pain points, and
share them with the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Collect and share market information related to product trends,
key competitors and potential customers.
- Support technical benchmark by understanding competitive
offerings in the region, supplying samples and placing request to R&D
for testing and analysis.
- Promote ContiTech products and technologies at marketing
events (Exhibitions, Fairs, Tech Days..)
- Support the Sales team in quotation process, risk evaluation,
feasibility checks and contract review related to technical aspects.
- Support the Quality team in the analysis of quality issues
claimed by customers.
- Support the Project Manager in the documentation and
preparation for gate reviews in the Planisware system.
- Make suggestions for cost reduction and/or quality improvement
activities and support to obtain necessary customer approval.
- On-site performance check and evaluation of products whenever
required.
Qualifications
- Graduated in Engineering
- 3 years professional experience in project management,
technical sales, application engineering or technical consulting, with
direct contact with customers.
- Project management experience, especially in international
business environment.
- Experience working in intercultural & interdisciplinary
teams
- Advanced English (Writing, Speaking, Reading)

在与技术方面相关的报价流程、风险评估、可行性检查和合同审查方面为销售团队提供支持。
·
支持质量团队分析客户声称的质量问题。
·
在 Planisware 系统中为门审查的文档和准备工作提供支持。
·
为降低成本和/或质量改进活动提出建议,并支持获得必要的客户批准。
·
在需要时对产品进行现场性能检查和评估。
岗位要求:
• 工程专业毕业
• 3 年项目管理、技术销售、应用工程或技术咨询专业经验,能直接与客户接触。
• 项目管理经验,尤其是在国际商业环境中。
• 在跨文化和跨学科团队中工作的经验
• 高级英语(写作、口语、阅读)
