Targets of Position 职位目标
- To introduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the
supplied parts and services;
- 建立并维护供应商的质量管理系统，措施和改善活动，以确保所要求的供应商的零件及服务的质量
Main Tasks 主要职责
- To be responsible for supplier management of rubber and plastic parts.
- 主要负责橡胶件及注塑件的供应商质量管理；
- To work closely with Purchasing, R&D to lead the new components introduction based on Continental sourcing
procedures(ME, FC, SCR, APQP, R@R,PPAP, SLC) , report the component development status to Project SQM
and project team;
- 与采购，研发团队一起共同完成新零件开发阶段的流程，并将项目开发的进展汇报给项目组；
- To lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and
implementation with 8D method, and conduct supplier improvement programs
- 使用 8D 的方法，主导量产阶段的供应商质量问题的解决，并领导对系统问题的改善项目；
- To Perform and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit;
- 实施并追踪对供应商的定期维护性 VDA6.3 审核，支持新供应商导入审核；
- To support cross function on supplier quality related issues.
- 支持其它部门关于供应商质量的事务。
Profile 概况
Education 教育程度
- Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical or material Engineering, or equivalent 机械或者材料工程相关专业本科
及以上
Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- 3 years above of supplier quality related working experience in Automotive industry; 3 年以上汽车行业供应商质量
相关工作经验；
- Key knowledge on molding process for rubber and plasti, with additional turning or stamping proces knowledge is
preferred; 熟悉注塑成型工艺，对车削和冲压工艺有了解者优先；
- Knowledge on TS 16949, VDA6.3; 对 TS 16949,和 VDA6.3 有一定了解；
- Know about APQP,PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools; 熟悉 APQP，PFMEA，MSA 和 SPC，并了解
质量工具的使用
- Good at both Oral and written English ; 良好的英语听说读写能力；
- Good communication and problem solving skills. 良好的沟通和解决问题能力。
