Responsibilities 职责
1、 Continuous improve process in order to optimize labor, material and energy cost.
持续改进生产工艺，以优化人力、材料和能源成本；
a、Analysis the performance anomalies of production lines, identify the root causes and propose solutions.
分析生产线绩效异常，找出根本原因并提出解决方案。
b、Ensure the improvement solutions was carry out successfully on production line.
确保改进方案在产线的成功落地
c、Optimize the operational method and process to improve the production efficiency in workshop.
优化车间操作方法和生产工艺，以提高生产绩效；
d、Follow the results. 跟进结果
2、Responsible for identify deviation between production process, quality control and process standards, and taking effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the deviation and make the process and quality more stable.
负责识别生产过程、质量控制与工艺标准之间的偏差，并采取有效的纠正和预防措施消除偏差，使生产工艺和产品质量更加稳定；
a、Follow the industrialization of R&D formula and ensure the success of trial and propose the improvement solutions as needed.
跟踪研发配方商业化生产，确保实验成功并根据需求提出改进方案；
b、When quality issue involves process problem, analysis the root reasons and provide solutions.
当质量问题涉及工艺问题时，分析根本原因并提供解决方案；
3、Responsible for validation and commissioning of new products, new process and new equipment in plant , and ensure comply with the business expectations
负责工厂新工艺/新设备/新产品的验证和调试，并确保符合业务期望。
a、Responsible for developing process document and maintain master data accordingly
负责工艺文件制定并维护相应的主数据；
b、Establish the operational standard for new product, new processing and new line.
负责建立新产品/新工艺/新生产线/新设备的操作标准；
c、Organize training for process knowledge to improve the operator’s skill.
负责组织生产工艺相关的培训，以提高员工操作技能；
d、Follow first productions and analysis results.
跟踪首批生产并分析结果；
4、Other job is arranged by line manager
上级安排的其它工作。
其它要求：
1、熟练运用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协作能力；
2、学历本科，食品相关专业；
3、至少3年以上工艺工程师或相关岗位工作经验；
