Main Responsibilities 职责

1、Ensure the company safety rules and regulations to carry out in the shift

负责各项安全制度和规定在班组落实和执行；

2、Lead the shift team for fulfilment of production plan.

带领团队达成生产计划；

3、Monitor the product quality and ensure the quality standards are met.

监督产品品质，确保产品符合公司各项指标和要求；

4、 Implement regular food safety & quality inspection and control to ensure Plant quality policy FSSC 22000，HACCP,GMP and 5S etc. to be carried out completely.

负责FSSC22000,HACCP,GMP,5S等体系在车间有效实施;

5、 Lead team to improve line efficiency and control material losses to ensure the targets of KPIs to be achieved.

保证车间生产效率达成，并通过改进，提高生产效率，减少物料损耗，降低生产成本；

6、In charge of people management, coach and train the back up for key post.

负责人员管理，辅导和培养关键岗位人员；

7、 Evaluate the performance of the subordinates, and to help staff overcomes the shortcomings

评估下属绩效，并帮助其改进；

8、 Other job is arranged by line manager

上级安排的其它工作；

职位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，3年以上车间生产主管或生产主任的经验；

2.熟悉生产管控流程，能熟练分析和处理制程不良等问题；

3.熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉生产质量的控制管理，精通ISO9001质量保证体系和5S管理；

4.现场管控经验丰富，有一定的的团队驾驭能力，抗压能力与沟通协调能力强；

5.工作责任心强，态度严谨，有良好的组织能力、沟通能力。

6.有食品厂工作经验优先考虑；
