岗位职责:
- Scope of Job: Responsible for the planning and managing of the warehousing operations and inventory control. Manages the inventory control system and its required reporting capabilities. Ensures the inventory control system is properly interfacing with POS (Retail and F&B) and centralized accounting systems. Administers upkeep and security for the warehouse facility. Develops related guidelines, policies, and procedures. Design and manage in-park logistics.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Warehouse Operation leadership 仓库运营管理
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of all warehousing, storage systems, freight plans and systems, and staff training.
对于仓储,库存系统,物流计划及系统,及人员培训具备专业性及技术性的知识。
- Establishes procedures and training for warehouse and inventory management.
建立及规范仓库及库存管理流程,培训机制
- Develops and enforces policies, procedures and standards to ensure a smooth operation.
开发及强化标准及流程确保运营流畅
- Hires and develops an effective team.
招聘及培养有效率的团队
- Capable to lead and work with third party vendors

2. Establish Daily Operation 建立日常运营体系
- Works with other team members and fellow MCs to review incoming shipments and deliveries,
同其他团队及前场运营员工规划到货计划
- Identify, store and secure inventories, and deliver products in good condition within ‘just-in-time’ and integrated into system
识别,存储及安全管理库存,将货物及时,准确,完好的配送到地,并及时更新库存系统
- Maintains inventories in an organized, secure, and professional condition. Assures that proper controls and reports are in place and are timely and accurate.

- Continually reviews inventories, storage facilities, and processes in order to improve service and security within the Park.
持续监控库存水平,设备状况及流程确保不断提升园区的服务及安全水平
- By SOP, check inventory daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly according to requirement
按要求及流程,进行日,周,月,季度及年度盘点
3. Communication Skills 沟通技能
- Works with and supports all LEGOLAND departments across the Resort as and when required.

- Maintains a safe and carefully managed environment for all MCs; assuring that all proper certification, training, and development is in place for all concerned.

4. Health & Safety 健康及安全
您有责任落实LLSHR的HSS(健康、安全和保障)政策,管理制度及相关标准。

- 展现明确的HSS领导力和承诺,包括设置一个好的个人榜样。
- 制定符合 HSS 战略的计划,以实施风险评估并满足相关标准、法律要求和LLSHR的 HSS目标。
- 采取必要的实际步骤实施HSS管理体系,包括:
o 提供适当的资源和培训
o 定义具体的角色和职责
o 有效地解释HSS问题
o 建立运营控制措施
o 有效管理承包商
o 组织实施应急响应
- 实施监测HSS绩效的措施,并在必要时采取纠正措施。这包括审计、绩效监控和报告/调查事件。

Background & Experience 背景经验
- Requires at least five years of progressive management experience in an warehouse environment.
至少五年连续的仓库管理经验
- Advantage experience with big scale retail warehouse, or warehousing enterprise inventory management experience
有大型零售仓库及餐饮食品仓库,或大型仓储企业仓库管理经验者优先
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a large team of people.

- Knowledge of computer systems, including point-of-sale and related retail and inventory management systems required.

- Must have experience with a wide variety of material handling equipment, be a certified forklift operator with a clean driving record.
