岗位职责:
Scope of Job: The Product Manager will participate in developing and executing the strategies and visions for the Legoland Shanghai Resort digital portfolio and will assist digital leadership to lead and collaborate with the team to develop product features based on team strategy and vision. Another focusing area of this position will be leading the daily operations of digital products including ecommerce platform and third-party sales platforms.
Main Responsibilities
1. Product Planning
- Assist the product leadership about digital experience vision, strategy and roadmap of Legoland Shanghai Resort including but not limit to ecommerce platform
- Partner with key stake holders to develop digital product roadmaps and make product decisions via product research and consumer surveys. Be responsible for the product feature planning and requirement documentation.
- Drive the practice of solution identification for products and services with cross-functional partners to support the integration of projects across the portfolio. Identify frictions and ensure guests and team member experiences are seamless and integrated.
- Continually challenge status by understanding the consumer preference; amend and communicate the vision in order to deliver the next paradigm in customer experience, hence, always keeping the business’s product relevant and engaging to the consumers
2. Product Delivery & Iteration
- Develop and have oversight of an integrated long-range master delivery and releases plan for responsible digital products.
- Drive the end to end product delivery with internal and external partners with agile product development approaches to meet the schedule, budget and quality requirements
- Partner with the E-Commerce operation, sales etc teams to iterate product features, continuously enhance digital guest experiences and achieve E-Commerce business results.
- Partner with developers about solution evaluations and product delivery of the digital guest journey. Act as the connection point of consumer/business partners and developers during the practice of production vision, release planning, product requirement/user stories composing, UX designs, product launch and iterations。
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders like marketing & sales, operations, retail, food service, entertainment, hotel operation etc to define and implement seamless and integrated guest member experiences. Influence the business stakeholders to have end to end vision of the guest journey to avoid frictions and hurdles.
- Support product implementation, testing, training and enhancements via close partnership with business stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in daily operations.
4. Health & Safety
You are responsible for implementing LLSHR’s HSS Policy, management system and related standards.
Within the area of management responsibility, you must:
- Show clear leadership and commitment to HSS; this includes setting a good personal example.
- Develop plans that are consistent with the HSS strategy to carry out risk assessments and meet relevant standards, legal requirements and LLSHR’s HSS targets and objectives.
- Take the necessary practical steps to implement the HSS management system, including:
o Providing suitable resources and training
o Defining specific roles and responsibilities
o Explaining HSS issues effectively
o Establishing operational controls
o Managing contractors effectively
o Organising emergency response arrangements
- Implement measures to monitor HSS performance and, where necessary, take corrective action. This includes audits, performance monitoring, and reporting / investigating incidents.
- Ensure that HSS decisions are consistent with LLSHR’s HSS Policy.
- Consider HSS issues in business decisions and explain their importance.
- Support promotional campaigns and educational plans.
- Recognise and reward employees who show positive HSS behaviour and achieve HSS objectives.
- Discuss HSS issues regularly.
- Encourage employees to suggest measures to improve HSS performance, and follow these up.
- Ensure that employees who blatantly or repeatedly violate HSS standards, procedures and rules are disciplined appropriately.
- Challenge unsafe conditions or actions and work with those involved to agree the necessary safety improvements.
- Provide ready access to skilled HSS professionals and / or accurate HSS advice.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of the Chinese digital industries, trends and eco-systems
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader vision and support Guest and business strategies
- Demonstrated analytical and technical skill set, with ability to synthesize and analyze product-related data across an array of sources (e.g. Marketing, Consumer Insights, Industrial Engineering, etc.), to evaluate product effectiveness
- Strong communication, illustration, design and presentation skills, with an ability to influence senior leadership by developing and clearly framing up option
- 3-5 years experiences in product management or E-Commerce platform or integrated platform
- Travel or entertainment industries experiences preferred.
- Experience with large scale digital transformation initiatives
- Experience integrating marketing and experience technologies
- Experience in project team leadership and large scale program planning and implementation
- Digital product management experiences, skills and methodologies like product research, planning, POC and prototype, epic and user story composing, agile product development approach, budget management and product testing
- Strong background in stakeholder and partner management along with cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply
