• Responsible and oversee Beijing depot operations as P&L owner.
• Manage, develop and expand the current facility located in Beijing implement plans for the Beijing facility including staffing levels and ambient, cold and frozen storage and equipment capacity.
• Manage the internal supply chain to ensure service level are met (Warehouse, PM, Quality and secondary packaging etc.).
• Responsible for developing a robust infrastructure to meet business growth needs including implement training program for all employees and clear succession plan for critical positions.
• Develop and maintain systems and procedures that ensure standards relating to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) and Health & Safety are complied with.
• Monitoring performance according to agreed SOPs and KPIs, take necessary actions to meet the agreed performance levels.
• Manage and develop performance against targets and budgets, and within policies and standards.
• Explore, implement and drive operations excellence to improve efficiency including warehousing, distribution, packaging service in meeting with business needs.
• Authorize staff/organization structure alignment in agreement with corporate functions.
• Financial accountability as detailed in the Company's CTS BU authorized matrix.
• Responsible for the strategic decision in relation to operations management and new business growth.
• Staff recruitment of authorized vacancies/head count in conjunction with HR/management.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
