1.负责全球范围内供应商质量准入评估、初始样品审核及过程审核，确保新供应商质量能力达标。Conduct global supplier qualification audits, initial sample evaluations, and process audits to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements.

2.制定原材料来料检验标准与作业指导书，协助 IQC部门建立有效的来料质量控制流程。Develop incoming material inspection standards and work instructions; support IQC in establishing effective incoming quality control processes.

3.跟进重大来料异常问题的调查、分析与改善，对关键材料质量问题实施闭环管理。Investigate and manage major incoming quality issues; drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.

4.推动供应商绩效管理与持续改进，组织定期质量评审会议与月度绩效评分。Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement; organize regular quality reviews and monthly performance scoring.

5.参与新供应商开发与认证过程中的质量风险识别与预防措施制定。Participate in new supplier development by identifying quality risks and establishing preventive measures.

6.协调跨部门资源，提升供应链整体质量稳定性与响应速度。Coordinate cross-functional resources to enhance overall supply chain quality and responsiveness.

任职要求 / Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历，机械、材料、化工或质量工程相关专业。Bachelor ’ s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Engineering.

2.3年以上供应商质量管理经验，有国际采购或多工厂协同经验者优先。Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management; international sourcing or multi-site coordination experience is a plus.

4.熟悉 ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等管理体系，掌握审核技巧和异常处理方法。Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001、ISO45001 standards; skilled in audit techniques and issue resolution.

5.具备一定的项目管理能力，逻辑清晰，行动力强。Solid project management skills; strong logical thinking and action-oriented mindset.

6.英语沟通与书写能力良好，能够与海外工厂及供应商顺畅协作。Good English communication and writing skills; capable of working effectively with overseas teams and suppliers.

7.能接受短期出差，适应多任务与快速节奏的工作环境。Willing to travel; adaptable to multitasking and fast-paced work environments.
