岗位职责：

1.Development and debug of test/characterization patterns, programs, and test flows.

2. Analysis of part failures leading to root cause diagnosis & test flow improvement.

3. Analysis of device performance and characterization data on new Silicon Designs.

4. Ensuring device testability and manufacturability from development through production.

5. Optimization of test flows for increased quality and cost improvement.

6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (Manager) Able to provide supervisory role for technical staff.

任职要求：

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering.

2. 3 years or more industry experience of ASIC test development field with interfacing with Design and Manufacturing.

3.Solid digital/mix-signal test development experience, preferred 93K platform.

4.Knowledge of SCAN Chain/SAF/TDF implementation on ATE and validation.

5.Fluent in both written and spoken English, Strong communication skills including data presentation.

6.Java, Perl, C++, and/or Python coding skills.

7.Unix/Linux proficiency.

8.JTAG knowledge.

9.Verilog/RTL knowledge.

10.Modern computer architecture knowledge.
