- Maintain timely and effective communication with customers to
align on order-related demands - 与客户保持及时高效的沟通,同步订单相关需求
- Conduct accurate cost estimation for orders based on product
and service specifications - 依据产品与服务规格,开展精准的订单成本估算
- Provide customized quotations and technical service solutions
tailored to customer requirements - 结合客户需求,提供定制化的报价及技术服务方案
- Participate in customer visits to deepen demand understanding
and relationship maintenance - 参与客户拜访,深化需求认知并维护合作关系
- Execute, track and manage the full lifecycle of orders to
ensure on-time fulfillment - 负责订单全生命周期的执行、跟踪与管理,保障按时交付
- Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally during order
execution to resolve bottlenecks - 订单执行期间开展跨部门协调与沟通,解决流程瓶颈
- Handle payment collection for orders/projects and follow up on
overdue payments - 负责订单 / 项目的收款工作,并跟进逾期款项

- Science and engineering major, holding a degree in mechanical,electrical or electronic engineering; or equivalent work experience
- 理工类专业,持有机械、电气或电子工程学位;或具备同等工作经验
Work Experience:

- At least 3 years of relevant business/product experience
- 至少 3 年相关业务 / 产品经验

- Fluent in English (written and spoken); sound knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, occupational health and safety management systems)
