- Address customers' after-sales inquiries (e.g., spare part compatibility,pricing) and deliver tailored professional solutions
- 响应客户关于备件适配、价格等售后咨询，提供定制化专业解决方案
- Oversee quotation preparation, drive approval workflow completion, and ensure full compliance with internal standards
- 统筹报价编制，推进审批流程落地，确保完全符合内部规范要求
- Lead the negotiation and finalization of after-sales collaborations (covering spare part supply and service contracts)
- 主导售后合作（含备件供应、服务合同）的洽谈，推动签约落地
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships, follow up on feedback, and implement closed-loop issue resolution
- 维护长期客户关系，跟进反馈并落实问题闭环解决机制
- Maintain up-to-date after-sales information and service progress in the system
- 实时更新系统中的售后信息与服务进度
- Allocate resources strategically to guarantee on-time spare part delivery and smooth service execution
- 战略性调配资源，保障备件按时交付与服务顺利落地
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product after-sales performance and produce data-driven analytical reports
- 深度分析产品售后动态，输出数据支撑的专业分析报告
- Conduct customer need assessments and identify high-value potential sales opportunities
- 开展客户需求评估，挖掘高价值潜在销售机会
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic adjustments
- 分析市场趋势，为策略调整提供可落地的决策依据
- Launch targeted after-sales marketing campaigns to boost service penetration
- 开展针对性售后营销活动，提升服务渗透率
- Deliver actionable after-sales market insights to CMME management to support decision-making
- 向 CMME 管理层输出可落地的售后市场洞察，辅助决策制定
Qualifications

Education Background:
教育背景：
- Science and engineering major, holding a degree in mechanical,electrical or other engineering disciplines; or equivalent work experience
- 理工类专业，持有机械、电气或其他工学学位；或具备同等工作经验
Work Experience:
工作经验：
- At least 5 years of relevant business/product experience
- 至少 5 年相关业务 / 产品经验

- Advanced product-related technical knowledge (e.g., mechanical,hydraulic, electrical, electronic fields)
