2. 负责进出口运输报关文件和清关文件的处理，并及时交付给货代和客户。

Be responsible for the processing of import and export transportation customs declaration documents and customs clearance documents, and timely deliver them to the freight forwarder and customers

3.了解国际和中国进出口法律，能够有效处理国际运输中出现的所有问题。

Knowledge of international and Chinese import and export laws and can effectively deal with all problems arising in international transportation.

4. 负责根据海关手册协调和安排进口货物。

Responsible to coordinate and arrange import goods by customs book.

5.评估运输成本和服务，确保它们在预算内。

Evaluate the costs and services of transportation to ensure that they are within the budget.

6.与货代、客户、合同经理和仓库保持联系，确保货物按时交付，并将信息通知相关人员。

Keep in touch with the freight forwarder, customer, contract manager and warehouse, ensure that the goods are delivered on time and inform relevant personnel of the information.

7. 负责进出口账户记录的登记和验证，以及ERP系统中信息的更新和维护。

Be responsible for the registration and verification of import and export account records, and the update and maintenance of information in the ERP system.

熟悉ERP进出口模块。

Familiar with ERP Imp & Exp module.

有机电零部件进出口经验。

Experience in mechanical & electrical components import and export.

基本的数据分析技能。

Basic data analysis skills.

熟悉进出口专业知识和相关法律。

Familiar with Imp & Exp professional knowledge and related laws.

良好的中英文沟通和协调能力。

Good communication and coordination skills both in Chinese & English.
