Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, focusing on building strong relationships, driving sales growth,

Review and optimize the current distribution network in China
▪ Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and distribution strategies
▪ Set sales targets and incentive plan for distributors and monitor their progress regularly
▪ Conduct regular distributor reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
▪ Design and implement sales promotions, discounts, and rebates to encourage distributor sales
▪ Resolve any disputes or issues with distributors in a fair and timely manner
