KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
- Develop Strategic Customer Service Support Solutions to achieve customer loyalty and growth in revenue from existing customer base.
- Manages alignment of customer and factory expectations to achieve best customer satisfaction indices with optimum factory support.
- Provide Sales support to ensure customers' hot button issues at the factory are communicated clearly and timely to customers
- Follow-up on customers/factory open actions items to closure
- Timely updates to customer on production and potential shipment misses logistics, information system, billing issues etc and other tactical, non-technical business issues.
- Organize and co-ordinate logistics for customer visits, customer queries
- Handle customer queries and meetings
- Follow up on dice support with Customers/Sales to ensure the committed revenue for the factory can be achieved
- Organize and manage team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
任职资格:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electronics or Mechanical).
- Must be able to speak and write well in English.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in semi-conductor industry and/or OSAT space will be advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
