About the Job:
The Landing Gear Overhaul MRO Certifying Staff is a critical role responsible for ensuring the quality and airworthiness of landing gear systems post - overhaul, repair, or replacement. This position involves inspecting, certifying, and approving the work performed on aircraft landing gear assemblies in compliance with aviation regulations, OEM specifications, and company standards.
The role requires close collaboration with technicians, engineers, and quality control personnel to maintain operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
起落架大修维修放行人员是一个关键岗位,负责确保起落架系统在大修、维修或更换后的质量与适航性。该职位涉及依据航空法规、原始设备制造商(OEM)规范以及公司标准,对飞机起落架组件所开展的工作进行检查、认证和批准。
此岗位要求与技术人员、工程师及质量控制人员密切协作,以维持卓越运营、保障安全并确保合规。
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical /Aerospace Engineering or related fields.
本科或以上学历,机械或航空航天相关专业。
Language Skill:
Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding Aviation English.
精通航空英语的读写与理解。
Qualification requirements
Minimum (8) years working experience in Aviation industry. (5) years of which is in the field of aviation maintenance including 12 months of practical experience in the specific component area/workshop.
(3) years in the field of aviation maintenance for complex components such as engine/APU and landing gears including 24 months experience in the specific component maintenance area/workshop.
Minimum (2) years’ experience issuing FAA 8130 or EASA F1 or CAAC 038 for ATA Chapter 32 (Landing Gears)

Certification requirements:
Must hold valid aircraft maintenance license (CAAC or FAA or EASA) Part 66
Must have EASA Part 66 M9 & M10 training within the last 2 years.
Must have EWIS training certificate training within the last 2 years
SMS and Aviation Regulation training within the last 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:
• Certify the airworthiness of overhauled landing gear assemblies and components in compliance with aviation regulatory authorities (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAAC).
• Issue appropriate release - to - service certificates (e.g., FAA 8130 - 3, EASA Form 1) for landing gear following maintenance activities.
• Conduct final checks to ensure that all maintenance and overhaul activities comply with regulatory and OEM specifications.
• Review and ensure all maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports are complete and accurate.
• Verify that all parts used in the overhaul process meet traceability and certification requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of certifications and repairs in the company’s maintenance system.
• Supervise and verify functional testing of landing gear systems, including
retraction/extension testing, hydraulic pressure testing, and shock absorption
testing.
• Confirm that all components operate within specified tolerances during load and pressure tests.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with aviation regulations, including EASA Part 145, FAA 14 CFR Part 43, and company quality manuals.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into daily operations and certification processes.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve non - conformances identified during inspections or audits.
• Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies during inspections or investigations.
• Provide technical support to technicians and engineers during complex overhaul procedures.
• Assist in diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions related to landing gear systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve maintenance procedures and optimize workflows.
• Train and mentor technicians on proper overhaul and inspection techniques.
• Conduct regular briefings to update team members on regulatory changes, best practices,and safety measures.
• 依据航空监管机构(如 EASA、FAA、CAAC)的要求,对大修后的起落架组件和部件进行适航认证。
• 在起落架维护活动完成后,颁发适当的放行投入使用证书(如 FAA 8130 - 3、EASA 表格 1)。

• 定期进行简报,向团队成员通报法规变化、最佳实践和安全措施。。
