Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical /Aerospace Engineering or related fields.

本科或以上学历，机械或航空航天相关专业。

Language Skill:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

英语口语和书面表达流利。

Qualification requirements

Minimum of 10 years aviation maintenance industry experience, Minimum of 3 years aviation maintenance management experience.

具有10年以上航空维修业工作经验，其中有3年以上航空维修管理经验；

Certification requirements:

CAAC Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License CAA regulation training certification

持有中国民用航空局航空器维修人员执照； 拥有民航规章培训证书

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability coach training and motivate production personnel to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Demonstrate ability to establish productivity goals, and effectively manage a team to achieve those goals.

• Responsible for all production activities and implementation of a production planning system to ensure production targets are met.

• Establish an effective production control system to ensure completion of production processes in time.

• Responsible for ensuring quality standards are met.

• Control production cost and operational expense to ensure within budget.

• Be responsible of making repair plan, deploy manpower and material, ensure to complete repair in accordance with repair plan.

• Be responsible for setting up and approving working procedures and improvement in production department.

• Identify and implement productivity improvement programs.

• Co-ordinate with each department to solve production problems, keep repair activity smoothly.

• Continuously improve the product quality during the production process, reduce rework and scrap rate.

• Be responsible for the department of production safety, work environment requirement and 5S standard.

• Enhance the skills of the staff, analyze potential and set up training plans.

• Be responsible for the appraisal system, including the setup of KPIs and implementation in production department.

• Track projects, coordinate internal resources to finish planning and implementation.

• Be responsible for PD staff recruitment and promotion.

• All other duties as assigned.

• 对所有生产活动的总体责任，包括生产计划，库存控制，安全性，质量要求的实现以及生产成本和运营费用的控制;

• 负责维修计划的制定，人力和物力安排，确保生产部根据维修计划准时按质完成工作步骤;

• 负责建立和批准生产部门的工作程序和改进措施;

• 协调公司各个部门， 解决生产过程出现的问题， 保证生产维修活动的顺利实施;

• 在生产过程中不断提高产品质量，减少返工和报废率;

• 负责本部门安全生产，工作环境要求和5S标准;

• 增强员工的技能，分析潜力并制定培训计划;

• 负责评估系统，包括KPI的设置和生产部门的实施;

• 负责生产部人员的招聘和晋升; • 其他分配的各项任务.

Specific Job Skills:

• Leadership skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and coordination skills.

• Thoroughly familiar with CCAR-145, FAR Part 145 and the techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used on determining airworthiness.

• Knowledge about the main production related ERP/SAP processes.

• Must have Safety Compliance knowledge.
