Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible
for the PKG business in the Yantai region, executing and completing the
company's sales plan（对烟台区域的钢瓶气业务负责，执行并完成公司的销售计划；）；

2. In terms of
new customer development, collect new sales leads, track projects, complete
contract negotiations until signing, track contract execution until delivery,
sign no less than 5 new customers per month, and increase annual sales by no
less than 2 million（在新客户开发方面，收集新的销售线索，跟踪项目，完成合同谈判直至签约，跟踪合同执行直至送货，每月新签不少于5家客户，年度新增销售额不少于200万）；

3. In terms of
managing existing customers, achieve monthly accounts receivable targets and
assist the company in setting and adjusting customer credit limits; Implement
the company's pricing strategy and adjust existing customer prices according to
the contract; Regularly visit customers and cooperate in handling customer
complaints; Maintain a good cooperative relationship between customers and the
company; Optimize and adjust the structure of existing customers（在已有客户的管理方面，完成月度应收帐款指标, 协助公司设定与调整客户的授信额度；执行公司价格策略, 对现有客户价格按合同进行调整；定时拜访客户，配合处理客户投诉；维护好客户和公司的合作关系；对现有客户的结构进行优化调整）；

4.Collect
market information, gather relevant information on competitors and their
customers, establish and improve database archives for all customers in the
region（收集市场信息，收集竞争对手及其客户的相关信息，建立和完善本区域的所有客户的数据库档案）；

5. Paper work；Follow the company's sales process management and
complete all paper work in a timely manner（遵循公司的销售流程管理，及时完成各项Paper work）

Key Capabilities

1．Familiar
with the industrial gas market, with over three years of experience in PKG
sales, English proficiency level four or above, and strong learning ability（熟悉工业气体市场，三年以上钢瓶气销售经验, 英语四级以上，有较强的学习能力）；

2．Suitable
for business trips, with a driver's license of over one year, proficient in
driving cars（适应出差，有一年以上驾照，熟练驾驶汽车）；

3．Diligent, self disciplined, strong self drive, able to
work independently, strong execution ability, strong resilience, and strong
teamwork ability（勤奋、自律，自驱力强，能够独立开展工作，执行力强，抗压能力强，团队合作能力强）

4.Bachelor's degree or above；大学本科或以上学历
