岗位职责：
1. Be the focal contract leading the solar related procurement discussions with suppliers, global platforms, and other stakeholders
2. Lead the global framework agreement negotiation (eg module, inverter)
3. Closely monitor the solar & renewable industry and market development; anticipate changes and proactively provide supply chain updates and implications to support procurement strategy
4. Supplier management activities including (but not limited to): relationship management, new vendor onboarding, supplier audit, inspection and etc
5. Support procurement projects across different regions with a focus on solar
6. Enlarge supplier pool as needed
7. Continue to optimize internal procedures and process to improve efficiency
技术、知识和经验：
1. 6+ years industry and professional experience
2. 4+ years global / overseas procurement engagement
3. Solid knowledge in solar and supply chain management
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
5. Global or overseas procurement engagement is a must
