Responsibilities：
-Establish strategic partnerships with relevant collaborators to jointly promote the development - related policies and enhance Novo Nordisk's (NN) brand image. -与相关合作伙伴建立战略合作伙伴关系，共同推动相关政策的发展，并提升诺和诺德的品牌形象。
-Strengthen collaboration with key external stakeholders by facilitating communication between Novo Nordisk headquarters, International Operations, and China management, to drive the im-plementation of Novo Nordisk China's strategy. 通过组织诺和诺德总部、国际运营部及中国管理层等其他相关方交流，强化与关键外部利益相关方的合作，推动诺和诺德中国战略落地。
-Co-design, implement, manage, and develop projects with both external and internal stakeholders to advance Novo Nordisk’s strategy and support policy advocacy. -与外部及内部利益相关方共同设计、实施、管理和发展项目，以落实诺和诺德的战略并开展政策倡导。
-Integrate resources and optimize platforms to support internal stakeholders in achieving business objectives. -整合资源，优化平台，助力内部利益相关方实现业务目标。
Requirements：
- Master degree or above, public health, medical, nursing, pharmaceutical or HE related major will be preferred.-硕士及以上学历，公共卫生、医学、护理、药学或相关专业优先。
- At least 10 years working experiences, and over 5 years in PA or public health.-至少10年工作经验，其中5年以上在PA或公共卫生领域。
-Public health, disease prevention and control, public affairs or public sector experiences will be preferred.-公共卫生、疾病预防与控制、公共事务或公共部门工作经验者优先。
-Knowledge on healthcare, public health, market access, and government practices.-具备医疗卫生、公共卫生、市场准入及政府政策相关知识。
-Good stakeholder mapping, engagement and influencing capabilities.-具备良好的利益相关者映射、沟通与影响能力。
-Good insight on business, market understanding.-具备良好的商业洞察力及市场理解能力。
-Superior skills on project management.-备卓越的项目管理能力。
-Good relationship management.-具备良好的关系管理能力。
