1、以服务客户为根本，对工作尽职尽责；
2、熟练掌握汽车知识，评估维修要求，及时准确地对维修车辆进行报价，估算维修费用或征求有关上级建议和意见，并得到客户确认后，开具维修工单，并耐心向客户说明收费项目及依据；
3、认真接待客户车辆，清楚仔细检查车辆外观、内室并认真登记，同时提醒客户将车内的重要物品保管好；
4、掌握车间的维修进度，确保完成客户交修项目，按时将状况完好的车辆交付客户，对未能及时交付的车辆应提前与客户沟通，讲清楚原因。严格执行交接车规范；
5、协助用户做好车辆的结算工作，热情服务，提高客户的满意度；
6、不断学习新的知识，新政策，努力提高自身业务水平，按时参加部门内及外部的培训，完成厂家资质认证；
7、按公司要求参加完成相关培训任务；完成上级领导或公司安排的其他工作。
