Requirements

1. University Graduated

2. 8+ years ERP implementation experience, such as but not limit to SAP, Microsoft, Oracle…etc.

3. Preferred strong in Finance, Supply Chains management & Manufacturing module

4. Strong Project Management, Project Management Documentation and P&L Control

5. Good Command of Mandarin and English

6. Strong in conducting ERP business processes, requirement analysis and gap analysis

7. Less experience will be considered as Senior Consultant.

8. Work Location is majority based in Guangzhou.

9. Willing to Travel based on project needs.

Duties and Responsibility for the Position - Team Leader & Project Manager role

1. Responsible for to manage to complete projects end to end till contract closure and to ensure customer is satisfied and full payment are settled. Meeting the Project gross profit KPI

2. Responsible to generate New services revenue from New and existing customers to meet the target annual services revenue targets KPI to be setup annually

3. Responsible to handle the Sales and Presales activities together by Salespersons (or even without Salesperson) to contribute your personal effort to win new contracts/opportunities

4. Sales and Presales activities including

4a. Handling Sales activities to generate new customers or existing customers projects

4b. Presentation preparation, Demo preparation, and Proposal (or Tenders) presentation

4c. Requirements collections and prepare Solutions for Customers

4d. Customers and Partner relationship Building

4e. Collect Customer's intelligence such as key winning factors, target closing price if any

5. Project Delivery works are listed below but is not limit to

5a. Project Management and to produce all relevant project management reports, tracking list, sign-off documents as well as internal project management system maintenance.

5b. Requirement Collections, workshops, As-is-to-be analysis, Flowcharts, Gap list and FRD documentation

5c. Gap Analysis and resolutions.

5d. System training

5e. Process mapping and re-engineering recommendations and to prepare all necessary Documentation for Design and Requirement Phase such as not limited to FRD, Gap List, Project plan, Project schedule and Issue List ...etc., Weekly project progress report, Meeting minutes for all meeting

5f. Manage the Design of Customization in meeting customer requirements

5g. Develop all the project activities for the project with customer satisfactions

5h. Develop and to setup Quality standard and execute all relevant procedures to ensure project deliverable in right expectation

5i. Deployment Planning and Cutover planning with Customer

5j. Manage resources to handle and to resolve all Project issues / Project requests

5k. Others...etc. e.g. System architecture design, System deployment methodology, Preparation of professional presentation to customer with preparation of ppt and your presentation skill

6. Able to handle uncompleted project and to take over based on as-is to completion in minimal reworks in the projects

7. Services to customers including all Company mainstreams and sub streams such as but not limited to

7a. Microsoft Dynamics products

7b. Surrounding products such as PowerBI, Powerapps, Mobile solutions, WMS, MES, Workflow system, Sharepoint ...etc.

7c. Collaborate with HQ colleagues or local Partners to deliver non-main stream products such as ioT, Automatic warehouse, Smart Factory, App development, eCommerce …etc.
