1. Be Chinese national or permanent residence in China.
2. be able to speak in Chinese and English.
3. understands network drawings.
4. understands and discusses IT technical issues with office and shipyard.
5. have knowledge of Cloud managed Cisco switches deployment.
6. have knowledge of Navigation system and their integration to IT network.
7. have knowledge of Satcom system and their integration to IT network.
8. have knowledge of OT systems and their integration( IP changes, configuration changes) to IT network.
9. have knowledge of VSAT system troubleshooting.
10. be ready to put hands on in case needed when needed.
11. be familiarised with Laptop access for remote sessions.

2. 能够用中文和英语交流。
3. 理解网络图。
4. 与办公室和船厂理解和讨论IT技术问题。
5. 了解云管理思科交换机的部署。
6. 了解导航系统及其与IT网络的集成。
7. 了解卫星通信系统及其与IT网络的集成。
8. 了解OT系统及其与IT网络之间的集成（IP更改、配置更改）。
9. 了解VSAT系统的故障排除知识。
10. 准备好根据需要随时上手处理。
11. 熟悉通过笔记本电脑进行远程会议的操作。
