1.主要职责‍ Responsibilities:

（1）认真落实初、高中课程标准要求，制定适合学生学业水平的课程大纲，完成相应学科的教学及评估反馈任务，做好学生课外辅导答疑等

The diligent implementation of the requirements of the standard for junior and senior high school courses, the formulation of course outlines suitable for students’ academic levels, the completion of teaching and assessment feedback tasks in relevant subjects, and the effective provision of extracurricular tutoring and answering of questions for students, are all need to be carried out.

（2）提供学生个性化学习及赛事活动的辅导

Guidance on personalized learning and participation in extracurricular events for students should be provided.

（3）积极参加学校组织的各项培训、专题会议和教研活动等

Active participation in various training sessions, thematic conferences, and educational research activities organized by the school is encouraged.

（4）完成学校交办的其他临时性工作等

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the school.

2.任职要求‍ Qualifications:

（1）热爱孩子，

Minimum: Love of teaching kids

（2）硕士及以上学历，相应学科教师资格证；有海外教育背景及熟悉AP课程者优先

Education: Master’s degree or above and relevant subject teaching qualifications; Priority will be given to candidates who have overseas educational background, and familiarity with AP courses.

（3）英文熟练，能双语或全英文授课，有相关教学经验及赛事指导经验者优先

Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of bilingual or fully English instruction; Priority will be given to candidates with experience in relevant subject teaching and coaching subject-related competitions.

（4）有责任心，团队协作与沟通能力强，能胜任一定的挑战性工作

Other requirements: Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills, and be capable of handling challenging tasks effectively.
