Key Responsibilities

1. Own the product roadmap for the RPM and respiratory care platform.

2. Integrate hardware devices with software systems to create end-to-end healthcare solutions.

3. Lead third-party integrations with hospitals, DME providers, EHR platforms, and insurance systems.

4. Ensure compliance with FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

5. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams across China and the U.S.

6. Support commercialization, onboarding, and system deployment in overseas markets.

7. Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in medical SaaS, digital health, telehealth, or healthcare system integration.

3. Experience with EHR integration, RPM deployment, or DME business models is a plus.

4. Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA standards.

5. Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese) and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
