职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data to predict future sales trends and propose right products;
2. Assortment Planning: Collaborate with Buying function to create products assortments that align with market trends and customers preferences;
3. Budgeting Planning: Develop and manage budgets for products lines; both cost and retails, for the sake of profitability and cost-effectiveness;
4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly;
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandise operation, and production , to ensure alignment on products launching;
6. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on merchandise performance, inventory status, and market trends to management;
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors analysis, and consumer behavior to inform planning/ buying decision.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Overseas study background preferred;
2. 1-3 years of working experience in merchandise planning or as a buyer. Fresh graduates will also be considered.;
3. CET-6 or IELTS score 6.0 or above.
