Good ability to read drawings of buildings, facilities and equipment
• 具备良好的设备设施故障分析能力
Have good failure analysis ability
• 具备良好的安全意识，发现问题时并及时汇报
Have good safety awareness and report problems in time
• 岗位工作时间：8:00-17:00，做五休二
Working hours: 8:00-17:00, five days work two days off
2. 主要职责/Major Responsibilities
• 参与各类机电系统等设施设备系统的现场管理、维护工作，如空调、配电、消防等；
Work for the management and maintenance of HVAC, Power, firefighting system and other
facilities and equipment systems;
• 维护及完善设施设备的台账；
Maintain and improve the equipment lists about facilities;
• 参与编制上述各类机电设施设备的运行管理程序文件、作业指导书；
Work for the preparation of the facilities and equipment operation management procedure,
work instructions;
• 与维修技工合作，进行上述机电设施设备的正常操作与应急处理；
Work with handyman to carry out normal operation and emergency treatment of the facilities
and equipment;
• 编制上述各类设施设备的维护保养计划，并提交审核；
Work for the maintenance plan of the facilities and equipment, and submit for review;
• 对各类承包商维护维修、工程施工等进行协调、监督，完成工作后双方填写维修工单；
Support facility engineer, to coordinate and supervise the maintenance, repair and construction
of various contractors, and fill in the work records after the completion of the work;
• 协调上述各类设备检测、试验工作；
Coordinating the testing and inspection of the facilities and equipment;
• 分析上述各类设施设备的投入使用、故障等运行情况；
Responsible for the analysis of the facilities and equipment running, failure and other operating
conditions;
• 进行能源管理，分析能耗数据，识别改善点，持续策划和推进节能措施；
Energy management, analysis of energy consumption data, identification of improvement
points, continuous planning and promotion of energy-saving measures;
• 上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
3. 岗位要求/Qualifications
• 大专及以上学历，暖通、建筑、给排水、建筑工程管理、机电等相关专业；
College degree or above, major in HVAC, architecture, water supply, project management for
construction, mechatronics or related;
• 持有低压电工证，如有制冷、消防技能证书择优；
Hold low-voltage electrician certificate. HVAC, fire certificate is preferred;
• 良好的团队协作和沟通能力；
Good teamwork and communication skills;
• 熟练应用 office 等常用办公软件。
Proficient in office software.
