职位描述 / Job Description：

1. 开发、评估和管理零部件供应商，推动供应商持续改进；
Develop, evaluate and manage component suppliers, and drive continuous improvement.

2. 制定并优化供应链策略，确保成本控制、品质稳定与交期达成；
Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to ensure cost control, quality stability, and on-time delivery.

3. 熟悉铝合金、碳纤维、锂电池等核心材料的采购渠道与市场行情；
Familiar with procurement channels and market trends of core materials such as aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, and lithium batteries.

4. 跟进新产品开发项目，支持研发与工程团队完成样品及量产落地；
Support new product development projects and collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to deliver samples and mass production.

5. 负责与海外总部及工厂对接，确保采购流程符合集团标准及国际合规要求；
Coordinate with overseas headquarters and factories to ensure procurement processes comply with corporate standards and international regulations.

6. 分析行业趋势和市场价格波动，定期输出采购与成本分析报告。
Analyze industry trends and market price fluctuations, and provide regular procurement and cost analysis reports.

任职要求 / Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、供应链管理等相关专业优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Materials, Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred.

2. 5年以上采购经验，有自行车 / 电动车 / 滑板车或相关零部件行业经验者优先；
Minimum 5 years procurement experience, preferably in bicycle, e-bike, scooter, or related components industry.

3. 能够熟练使用 Excel 及 Google 套件；
Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.

4. 熟悉两轮车产业链和主要零部件供应商资源；
Familiar with the two-wheel vehicle supply chain and key component suppliers.

5. 优秀的供应商开发与谈判能力，具备成本分析与质量管控意识；
Excellent supplier development and negotiation skills, with strong cost analysis and quality control awareness.

6. 英语流利，能作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力；
Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

7. 有团队管理经验者优先。
Team management experience is preferred.
