Job responsibilities:

1. Reconciliation and write off of A/R and A/P, accounting and management of current accounts. Clear and tracking on time by monthly. Inter-Company Balance: Manage Inter-Company Balance- Monthly Reconciliation and Confirmation.

2. Fixed Asset: Timely and accurately update for addition, disposal, audit schedules preparation.

3. Payment and Reimbursement, verify Expenses Claims and booking for monthly closing.

4. Taxation Declaration: Input invoice certification, Corporate Tax. Responsible for VAT Reporting, VAT Declaration and export tax rebate including Trade and Production type company.

5. Support to prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement for monthly closing: Complete monthly statistics bureau, foreign exchange bureau, tax forecast, etc.

6. Other Tasks: assigned by leader, support for audit,bank, government tax office/agencies, some treasury works and others.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.

2. Relevant Job Industry: Manufacturing industry application engineering and project workexperience is preferred. Relevant experience in the trading industry also available.

3. Language: Good in English Speaking & Writing Skill

4. Software: Skillful in using Kingdee

5. Work Experience: 3 years+
