Job Responsibilities:

Base in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province.

1. Responsible for the overall coordination and communication of international projects to ensure efficient execution across all phases.

2. Develop project plans, prepare progress reports, and regularly update management and stakeholders on project status and key milestones; track and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Manage project communication and meetings: effectively engage all project stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure accurate, timely transmission of information regarding project schedule, cost, and quality.

4. Lead project risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks; develop responsive mitigation strategies to minimize adverse impacts on project objectives.

5. Oversee project cost management: develop budgets, review and control expenditures, conduct periodic cost accounting, and support the finance department in project cost settlement; optimize resource allocation through data-driven analysis to improve project ROI.

6. Drive process optimization and innovation: introduce state-of-the-art management concepts and tools, and continuously refine processes based on project experience to enhance team operational efficiency and project success rates.

7. Manage client relationships: maintain strong client engagement, address complaints and issues promptly, and deliver high-quality service to ensure sustained client satisfaction.

8. Perform other project management duties as assigned by the company or department.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years’ project management experience in large-scale manufacturing industries; proficient in project management methodologies, including cost-benefit analysis, scheduling, quality control, and resource integration.

2. Excellent command of English; working proficiency in Mandarin.

3. Outgoing personality with strong capabilities in strategic planning, coordination, verbal/written communication, analytical thinking, and report summarization.

4. Proactive and results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with high resilience to pressure and a strong capacity for continuous learning.

5. Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
