一 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、参与基础设施及公共服务项目咨询（政策研究、投融资设计、可行性分析、项目履约管理等）。

Participate in consulting services for infrastructure and public service projects, including policy research, investment and financing structuring, feasibility studies, and project implementation management.

2、参与协调设计院、工程咨询机构资源，整合专业报告。

Participate in coordinating design institutes and engineering consultancies to consolidate professional reports

3、协助客户开发，参与方案撰写及投标工作。

Support business development, including report drafting and bid preparation.

4、支持行业研究及内部工具开发（如财务模型、数据库搭建）。

Contribute to industry research and internal tool development (e.g., financial modeling, database construction).

二 任职要求 Qualifications

1.学历与专业背景：工程类（如土木工程、水利工程、交通运输、城乡规划等）或财经类相关专业，本科及以上学历。

Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering disciplines (e.g. Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Transportation, Urban and Rural Planning) or finance/economics-related majors.

2.英语能力：具备良好的英语基础，须在入职一年内达到雅思6.0分或同等水平。

English Proficiency: Solid English foundation required. Candidates are expected to achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent within one year of employment.

3.工作地点安排：能够接受第一年派驻国内项目工作（办公地点为政府办公室，非工程现场）；第二年起可调回杭州，或根据个人意愿与公司需求协商确定办公地点。

Work Arrangement: Willingness to be assigned to domestic project offices during the first year (office-based work in government agencies, not construction sites). From the second year onward, the work location may be adjusted to Hangzhou or otherwise determined through mutual agreement based on individual preference and company needs.

1、首年薪资7,000–9,000元/月，另享差旅补助及带薪年假；次年薪资涨幅30%–50%，并叠加项目绩效奖金及其他补贴。

Monthly salary of RMB 7,000–9,000 in the first year, plus travel allowances and paid annual leave. From the second year onward, salary increases of 30%–50%, in addition to project-based performance bonuses and other benefits.
