岗位职责

Prepare reports with observations, recommendations, and escalation as required.Ensure opportunities found during daily activity plan process evaluations are considered in construction planning meetings, and that any trends are properly addressed along with the leading indicator results reported for the activity planning metric Continue to provide continuous oversight for daily activity plan process execution prioritizing oversight of those with greatest potential for LIFE events. Any daily activity plan associated with tasks with LIFE energy risks or LIFE programs shall be verified 100% until confirmation that all the necessary controls are in place and well executed. Execute daily independent review of work on the floor, verification of safe practices, qualification/competencies, and stop work authority behaviors.

1.编写报告，内容应包括观察结果、建议以及必要的上报事项。确保在施工规划会议中纳入日常活动计划流程评估时发现的改进机会，并结合活动计划指标所报告的领先指标结果，妥善处理各类趋势性问题。

2.持续监督日常活动计划流程的执行情况，重点关注那些极有可能发生危及生命安全事件的环节。

3.对于涉及危及生命安全的能量风险或相关项目的任何日常活动计划，必须进行 100% 核查，直至确认所有必要的控制措施已到位且执行良好。每日对现场作业进行独立检查，核实安全操作规范的遵守情况、人员资质与能力是否达标，以及停工权限的执行情况。

任职要求

1.统招大专以上，

2.英文书面 3-5年及以上相关领域（建筑施工、矿山、化工、制造、电力、交通等）的现场安全管理工作经验

3.有担任过项目专职安全管理人员或参与过大型项目安全管理经验者优先。
