Responsibilities:

• Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch


• Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers’ training plan


• Continue improvement on output and efficiency


• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant


• Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve
  effectiveness and efficiency


• Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer
  requirements


• Responsible for overseeing assembly and industrial engineering department


• Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.


• Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment


• Able to deal with and achieve customers' requirements


• Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry


• Handle ad hoc assignments as require

Requirements:

• University graduate in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline


• A minimum of 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years in
  managing a sizeable PRC factory and managing people; experience in
  household electrical appliance is an advantage


• Fast pace, flexible mindset, willing to learn


• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin


• Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills;


• Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing;


• Strong knowledge in fixture and equipment;


• Strong automation knowledge and skill set;
