Areas of Responsabilities 主要职责：

- Able to independently or lead the design and
development of suppliers' complete products (garden tools preferred) and their
functional development

- Provide solid modeling and prototype support on new

product development

为新产品开发提供可靠的建模和原型支持

- Familiar with garden tool safety testing standards,such as IEC62841, and able to guide or assist suppliers in completing relevant testing work

熟悉园林工具安规测试标准，如IEC-62841，能够指导或者协助供应商完成相关的测试工作

- Design for manufacturability, generate part
specifications, including detailed drawings and specifications

可制造性设计，生成零件规格，包括详细的图纸和规格

- Create BOM and release all parts

创建物料清单并释放所有零件

- Communicate design to team members and factories

向团队成员和工厂传达设计

- Able to communicate with internal and external partners, German headquarters for project and technical exchange

能够与内、外部合作伙伴、德国总部进行项目沟通和技术交流

- Follow up project issue and make solution in time

跟进项目问题并及时解决问题

- Make things better with detailed research, implement simple and elegant solutions

- Support continuous improvement of existing products

Knowledgeand Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能：

- 3D CAD proficiency (prefer Catia), design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes

精通3D CAD（首选Catia），具有多种工艺的设计经验，例如：塑料注塑成型，钣金，加工工艺和装配工艺

- Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential

- Good knowledge of Design processes, includingDFMEA, GD&T, DFM etc.
