职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备旅行社计调工作4年或以上经验；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
4. 细心负责，能在压力下完成工作任务；
5. 能熟练运用Excel、Power Point、Word 等日常办公室软件 ；
6. 良好的英语书面能力，可以英语口语可作基本交流；
Candidates holding a valid tour guide license will be given priority..
Responsible for providing full-service support to FIT (Free Independent Travelers) and tour groups, including short trips, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel, and hotel bookings; coordinate and arrange inbound travel activities.
Able to develop relevant domestic travel packages based on market trends and platform demands.
Capable of handling itinerary arrangements and quotations for clients accurately and promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with all local hotels and ground suppliers, and continuously develop new supplier partnerships.
Effectively handle customer complaints with a deep understanding of products/services, and communicate the company’s value proposition in a persuasive manner.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, with excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, patient, and approachable.
Position Requirements:
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in travel agency operations and itinerary planning.
3. Strong communication skills and a good team spirit.
4. Detail-oriented and responsible, able to perform well under pressure.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
6. Good written English skills, with basic spoken English for daily communication.
