Job Responsibility:
Content Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute short-form content strategies for our toy brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Build channels from zero, driving consistent audience growth and engagement
• Own weekly content calendars, hooks, captions and daily execution
• Create daily content: filming products, editing videos and publishing posts
• Identify trends, storytelling formats and platform innovations relevant to kids and family audiences
• Establish a test-and-learn system to improve watch time, retention and engagement
• Track performance and produce actionable insights/==
• Collaborate closely with product, brand, sales, and operations teams to create timely, market- and brand-relevant social content
• Partner with Brand and Product teams to develop annual plans and ideate brand activations and campaigns that support business objectives
• Brief and work with external creators or partners when needed
• Ensure storytelling is culturally appropriate for English-speaking markets
• Own day-to-day community management, including responding to comments, engaging with followers and monitoring sentiment across all platforms
Paid Social & Growth
• Plan, launch and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta and YouTube, including audience setup, creative testing, budget pacing and performance optimization
• Turn organic content into high-performing ad creatives
• Track key performance indicators and continuously optimize creative, targeting and budget allocation

Requirement:
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience growing social media accounts (TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts); experience in kids, toys or family-focused content is a plus
• Proven results growing channels and engagement from a low base
• Strong understanding of US / UK short-form content culture
• Fluent written and spoken English required (for captions, scripts and community interaction; lived or studied in an English-speaking country preferred)
• Hands-on experience in content production and managing social content calendars across multiple channels
• Experience with CapCut / Premiere and AI video generation tools
• Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
• Influencer or UGC collaboration experience is a plus
• Able to work on-site in Shenzhen
