关于我们: 2015年11月,美国办公室于加州San Jose注册,搭建团队并开始运营。四年时间内它在中国北京,德国汉堡分别建立了新的分支,将美洲,亚洲,欧洲市场进行同步开发与衔接。2019年8月,在新的战略发展要求下,三个分支机构共同完成了业务整合与组织架构调整,统归集团公司管理。公司长期致力于将客户商业战略相结合助力客户公司实现优化发展,推动客户行业地位快速提升.在未来的十年内,福睿思特会持续在全球多个城市开设办公室,便于面对面服务世界各地的客户。工作职责: 1.了解客户需求,专注于行业中高端候选人寻访工作,掌握访寻标准,明确寻访方向和目标公司2.服务合作中客户,开发潜在的客户资源,与意向客户签约合作合同 3.根据企业客户需求,按照公司标准操作标准,通过各种渠道寻访人选,协助顾问甄选推荐人选,协调安排客户面试、协调背景调查、薪酬谈判及上岗辅助 4.积累丰富的行业候选人资源,与候选人保持良好沟通,候选人入职前、中、后的跟踪服务,并为候选人提供相应的中长期职业发展规划 5.密切关注行业人才信息,与客户和候选人保持良好关系,了解市场动态,寻找和挖掘业务信息,进行业务拓展 6.及时更新数据库,完成直线领导交给的其他工作协助进行Offer谈判、签署、以及背景调查等工作 7.完成月底工作考核,达成绩效考核目标。任职要求: 1本科及以上学历,(海外留学背景优先)英语可作为工作语言2.拥有成熟的客户群体,可以为海外团队提供优质客户资源及后续维护 3.对人力资源行业有热情,有相关人力,咨询顾问式销售工作经验优先,较好的语言沟通表达能力,思维逻辑,分析能力 4.坚毅,自知,商业思维俱佳. 5.有个人明确的中长期职业规划,认同公司的企业文化,价值观。工作形式:Home-base居家办公薪资福利: 1薪资结构:基本工资+绩效工资+项目提成(40%-70%) 2五险一金:全额缴纳比例,公积金按照12%比例缴纳 3远程居家办公弹性的工作时间 4双休,年假,国家法定带薪假期,生日及节日礼品福利
