一、职位信息 / Position Information

职位名称：全英文滑冰教练（花样滑冰）

Job Title: Figure Skating Coach ( English-Speaking, Foreigner candidates)

二、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

- 为学员提供专业的滑冰教学（1对1或小组课程）

Provide professional Skating training (private or group lessons)

- 协助制订滑冰学校教学流程、规范，并在日常工作中协助其他教练员完成

Assist in developing teaching procedures and standards and provide daily support to school operation.

- 根据冰场活动安排需要，策划及编排滑冰表演活动

Plan and coordinate performances based on rink event schedules

- 组织及安排学员参加ISI等级测试、国家花样滑冰等级测试

Organize and arrange students' participation in ISI tests and ISU figure skating examination.

- 定期评估学员进度并提供专业反馈

Conduct regular evaluations and provide professional feedback to student

- 确保所有教学活动符合安全规范

Ensure all teaching activities comply with safety regulations

三、任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 基本要求 / Essential:

- 持有国际认证滑冰教练资格证书（ISI/ISU等）

Internationally recognized coaching certification (ISI/ISU etc.)

- 1年以上教学经验，熟悉不同年龄段学员特点

1+ years teaching experience with various age groups

- 英语流利（需全英文授课）

Fluent in English (Teaching in English required)

2. 优先考虑 / Preferred:

- 有竞技比赛或表演经历者优先

Competitive or show performance experience preferred

- 外籍工作者掌握第二外语（如：中文）者优先

Foreigner candidates preferred
