岗位职责：Key Responsibilities

1. 质量体系与流程管理 Quality System & Process Management

1.1 负责公司质量程序与标准的建立、验证、维护与优化，确保其有效实施。

Establish,validate, maintain, and optimize company quality procedures and standards to ensure effective implementation.

1.2定期更新并维护公司所有过程列表及所有程序文件的最新版本，确保文件受控并易于获取。

Regularly update and maintain the master list of all processes and the latest versions of all procedural documents, ensuring documents are controlled and accessible.

1.3 制定并维护各产品检查指南，确保检验标准明确、统一。

Develop and maintain product inspection guidelines for all products to ensure clear and consistent inspection criteria.

1.4 管理客户索赔流程，组织根本原因分析，制定纠正与预防措施，并跟踪至闭环，维护客户关系。

Manage customer claim processes, organize root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, and track them to closure to maintain customer relationships.

2. 内部审计与合规 Internal Audit & Compliance

2.1 策划、组织并执行内部质量审计，跟踪整改措施，确保体系持续符合ISO等质量标准及内部要求。

Plan,organize, and conduct internal quality audits, track corrective actions, and ensure the system continually meets ISO and other quality standards as well as internal requirements.

2.2 负责应对外部审计与认证审核。

Responsible for managing external audits and certification assessments.

3. 产品质量控制 Product Quality Control

3.1 组织并监督样品验证、质量检验及缺陷列表的管理，确保问题可追溯、可分析。

Organize and oversee sample validation, quality inspections, and the anagement of the defect list, ensuring issues are traceable and analyzable.

3.2 负责质量报告的编制与分析，定期向管理层汇报质量绩效。

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of quality reports, regularly reporting quality performance to management.

4. 供应商质量管理 Supplier Quality Management

4.1 负责供应商批准流程，组织评估与审核。

Manage the supplier approval process, organizing evaluations and audits.

4.1 管理原材料质量认证，确保来料符合标准。

Manage raw material quality certification to ensure incoming materials meet standards.

4.2 收集并评估外协供应商的质量报告，推动供应商质量改进。

Collect and evaluate quality reports from outsourcing suppliers, driving supplier quality improvement.

5. 质量数据分析与改进 Quality Data Analysis & Improvement

5.1 编制并分析拒收原因周报、返工原因周报，推动纠正与预防措施。

Prepare and analyze weekly reports on rejection causes and rework causes, driving corrective and preventive actions.

5.2 监控非质量成本，提出降低质量损失的方案。

Monitor the Non-Quality Costs and propose solutions to reduce quality losses.

5.3 领导持续改进项目，运用质量工具（如8D、5Why、PDCA等）推动流程优化与问题解决。

Lead continuous improvement projects using quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, PDCA) to drive process optimization and problem resolution.

6. 团队协作与培训 Team Collaboration & Training

6.1 与生产、研发、采购等部门协作，确保质量要求融入各业务流程。

Collaborate with Production, R&D, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure quality requirements are integrated into all business processes.

6.2 组织质量培训，提升全员质量意识与能力。

Organize quality training to enhance company-wide quality awareness and

capabilities.

岗位要求：Qualifications

1) 本科及以上学历，质量管理、工程类、制造类或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering,

Manufacturing, or a related field.

2) 5年以上制造业或相关行业质量管理经验，其中至少2年以上团队管理经验。Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a team management role.

3) 具备完整的质量管理体系（如ISO9001、IATF16949等）建立、维护及审计经验。

Experience in establishing, maintaining, and auditing complete quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

4) 精通质量工具与方法（如SPC、FMEA、MSA、APQP等）。

Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA,

MSA, APQP).

5) 熟悉原材料认证、供应商管理流程。

Familiar with raw material certification and supplier management

processes.

6) 具备出色的数据分析、报告撰写和英语阅读写作能力，能英语口语交流者更佳。

Possesses strong data analysis, report writing, and English reading and writing skills; candidates with English speaking ability are preferred.

7) 熟练使用办公软件、质量管理系统（QMS）和ERP系统。

Proficient in office software, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ERP

systems.

8) 严谨细致，具备强烈的问题分析与解决能力。

Meticulous, with strong problem analysis and resolution skills.

9) 优秀的沟通协调能力及团队领导力。

Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
