岗位职责：
1. 负责tiktok直播，提升品牌曝光和产品销售。
2. 熟练讲解产品买点，引导观众下单并达成GMV目标。
3. 熟悉tiktok平台规则以及用户偏好，熟悉平台规则和带货流程，能够针对目标市场经行定制化内容创作，并独立策划话术和展示产品。
4. 与粉丝保持良好互动，提高复购率，并参与数据复盘与优化。
岗位要求：
1. 英语口语流利，有海外留学经验者优先。
2. 有TikTok直播经验或其他社媒直播经验/电商带货经验者优先。
3. 有跨境电商或海外市场经验者优先。
4. 性格开朗，能接受新挑战，有责任心，有良好的抗压性。
5. 有良好的团队合作精神，保持团队的高效沟通。
6. 每周至少直播1-2天。

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1.Fluent spoken English; overseas study experience preferred.
2.TikTok live streaming experience or other social media live streaming/e-commerce sales experience preferred.
3.Cross-border e-commerce or overseas market experience preferred.
4.Outgoing personality, willingness to take on new challenges, responsible, and strong stress resilience.
5.Strong teamwork spirit and ability to maintain efficient team communication.
6. Live steaming for 1 or 2 days is requested per week.
