Covering the full sales support scope of tendering, quality, and engineering excellence. Ensure assigned sales support are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduling targets. Coordinate and oversee team development and continual improvement of processes and procedures.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Act as main contributor to define the electrical integration solution and conduct market study to identify opportunities in line with our strategy of business development.

- Build and maintain strategic alliances with external organizations and networks internally to establish best practices and enhance electrical business.

- Lead sales support for electrical package and E-house. Handle RFQ & Specifications, prepare /review scope, cost, and schedule for tendering, and ensure proposal quality deliverables on time.

- Support regular project review to ensure the execution smoothly according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.

- Familiar with various IEC, IEEE codes and standards for design and installation of electrical system.

- Collaborate with the supply chain function to develop strategic partnership with key suppliers of engineering and equipment needed for business.

What You Bring

- Degree qualifications in Engineering (electrical) or recognized equivalent.

- Above10 years’ experience in sales support or project execution of electrical integration solution/E-House.

- Deep knowledge and understanding the electrical products including HV/MV/LV switchgear, transformer, capacitor, drive and motor etc.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, business minded, and results focused

- Technical lead experience for overseas EPC project is MUST.

- English speaking is MUST.

- Time management, co-ordination, accuracy, attention to detail and performing in a pressure environment are necessary
