JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Min. Education Level: Bachelor Degree
Min. Years of Experience: 5 years related Indirect sourcing experience including Capex/ Engineering/IT/ R&D etc.
Required Language Proficiency: Good Command of English
Professional Knowledge: Specific Indirect Category/ Procurement Excellence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization
• Experience working in a large multi-national company ( e.g. MNC or Fortune 500 or business firm) with Category management /Shared service model / P2P will be preferred
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Sourcing team / Warehousing/ Logistics and Business Stakeholders to execute end-end order/ contract fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery with right quality/ quantity and ensure saving commitment delivered
• Build up good relationship with the suppliers to drive quick responses and consistent delivery
• Conduct price negotiations to meet business needs and achieve cost Address abnormal orders or delivery complaints and follow up actions through supplier management approaches.

• Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity.
• Primarily responsible for indirect order fullfillment and also handle raw materials procurement.
• Support other projects as needed.
