有机合成研究员
（工作地点：上海）
主要职责：
进行文献检索和设计特定化合物的合成路线
合成，纯化和有效表征有机化合物
在最小限度的监管下通过对反应条件进行适当修改以克服合成问题
保持所有实验记录准确，清晰，及时，完整

任职要求：
硕士或本科学历，药物化学、有机化学、化学、制药、其他化学相关专业
在有机合成中经验丰富并具有很强的解决问题的能力
有负责感和良好的团队合作精神

Scientist in Chemistry
（Location：Shanghai）
Key activities:
·Conduct literature searches and design synthetic routes for specific compounds
·Synthesize, purify and characterize organic compounds efficiently
·Overcome synthetic problems by making appropriate modifications of reaction conditions under minimal supervision
· Keep accurate, legible and complete records of all experiments on a timely basis
Requirements:
· Master degree and Bachelor degree
· Experienced in organic synthesis with strong problem-solving ability
· Be responsible and good team-player
