• Support Head of Business Development, China to reach annual sales target.
• Develop plans to gain new business, achieve annual personal sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with each BU team to ensure good communication with clients.
• Participate in quote, CDA, MSA etc. negotiating, FE signing etc.
• Collect and utilize various data sources provide competitive intelligence.
• Organize and coordinate clients’ visit, business conferences and promotion events.

任职条件
• Prior experience in the CRDMO or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• 3-5 years of Business Development experience. Must have a proven track record of success meeting or exceeded goals/targets.
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed-oriented.
• A professional degree and training in Organic Chemistry or Biology is required. M.S. degree is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel frequently in China.
